Our Mission.
Outward Impact’s ("OI") mission is to reduce barriers and enhance access to vital community programs and essential services. OI leverages an extensive network of community-based organizations and funding partnerships to prioritize and disseminate vital program information through its community outreach resources.
To achieve our mission, OI collaborates with its partners and provides support to communities by:
Providing tools and resources that improve accessibility to programs, services, and community resources that benefit individuals, their families, and where they live
Leveraging existing, trusted relationships in communities to increase our partners’ program impact
Providing grant writing assistance and community capacity building opportunities to our community-based organization partners, in collaboration with funding partners
