Outward Impact’s mission is to reduce barriers and enhance access to vital community programs and essential services, designated for low-income (LICs) and disadvantaged communities (DACs).
OI leverages an extensive network of community-based organization and program partners to prioritize and enable the dissemination of vital low-income program information through its community outreach resources and innovative web and text based technology solutions.
Community Outreach
We identify key community leaders within targeted DACs to determine the needs of the community and work together to develop appropriate outreach and communication strategies. Additionally, we train these community resources on our technology to help scale the delivery and reach of programs from within the community.
Partnerships
We leverage existing relationships and build new relations within a given community to maximize reach and resulting impact. We coordinate outreach and engagement through government agencies, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to serve programs and provide resource support to our partners in communities we serve.
Technology
We utilize our proprietary technology to provide an easy and convenient way for individuals and families, within low-income and disadvantaged communities (DACs), to engage in our partners’ priority programs. This method has proven to be a convenient, engaging, and innovative means to reach customers with vital information.
